Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Nordstick gear in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
